Sapphire Care Transitional Housing Program offers supportive sober transitional housing for adults. Our program bridges the gap between shelter and long-term housing, provides supportive housing, and gives individuals a solid basis to integrate into the community while working on their recovery journey. Our 3-6 month Transitional Housing Program supports you to transition smoothly into the community.
Who Can Apply?
Individuals who have recently completed an addiction recovery program.
Individuals who are facing domestic violence challenges.
Individuals recovering from mental health challenges.
Individuals transitioning from care who are 18 years or older.
Other individuals that are challenged with housing.
We offer transitional housing support services within Calgary and area.
What Qualities Are We Looking For?
Someone who is willing to:
Work towards reintegration into long term housing.
Set goals.
Participate in daily chores and engage in independent as well as group activities.
Participate in activities to reach goals.
Participate in life skills training.
You will be supported to set short- and long-term goals, and offered resources that will help achieve your goals. You are also assisted in tracking progress toward your goals. We run in-house programs and connect you with community programs that support your recovery and improvement.
